In this class Silvia will guide you through a full body warm up, strengthening, opening and vitality reactivation.
The main focus of the work is on Pilates principles such as: core strength, muscle tone, flexibility, posture and balance enhancement, breathing awareness and a safe exercises frame for back pains conditions.
The muscular work will be complemented by a more soft and chill moment of stretching and flow inspired by Silvia's knowledges in yoga and dance.
Silvia is certified Pilates MAT 1 instructeur by Corpus Studios (a Pilates method developed by the canadian physiotherapist and gyrotonic master Kelly McKinnon).
